Anne was awarded a golden medal from l'Institut Supérieur de Peinture Décorative Van Der Kelen - the world's most prestigious institution. She then created her own company, providind work on material as well as furniture.
Fond of interior architecture, Anne is a master in the art of "trompe l'oeil" : waxed concretes, false marbles, false wood, trompe l'oeil facades and landscapes. Le Pre de la Mer owes her its actual aspect : a refreshing and subtle mix of contemporary furniture in a chic and classical ambiance.
Michel is an architect and... a St-Tropez coaster since the age of 6! He often works for private international clients and he also restored St-Tropez's harbour, all in sobriety and class in a beginning of the 1900's style. Michel also rebuilt the red lighthouse on its original location at the end of the dock.
When Michel discovers Le Pré de la Mer and its features hidden in nature, he decides to review the hotel from scratch. He cuts it up entirely and enlarges it to end up on the actual spacious volumes.
At the same time, he enhances the Provencal spirit so esteemed by French Riviera visitors. Michel finally imagines the modular swimming pool-terrace. With this last special touch, the hotel becomes a charm hotel of exemplarity and sensitivity.
