CONDITIONS CONDITIONS OF SALE

Reservations will be confirmed and guaranteed only on receipt of the required deposit, which corresponds to 40% of the total stay with a minimum of one night's stay.
For cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be retained as compensation. For cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date, the stay will be payable in full.
No-shows will result in automatic cancellation of the reserved stay. The total amount of the stay initially booked will be invoiced.
In the event of early departure, all nights initially booked will be billed.
Rooms are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by noon on the day of departure.
Upon reservation, small dogs are accepted at the hotel, at a supplement of 14 euros per day. We ask that they not be left alone in the room when their owner is away from the hotel, or that reception be informed. They should also be kept on a leash outside the room.
The hotel provides its guests with parking facilities, but declines all responsibility.
The hotel is equipped with an ADSL/WIFI network. Use of this connection is free of charge and implies a self-imposed ban on illegal downloading.
The hotel's configuration allows for the installation of an extra bed or baby cot only in the Superior category and above. All our suites are equipped with Sofa Beds.
Bicycles are available without prior reservation. Bicycles must be returned each day with the lock provided. We accept no responsibility for any damage to property or personal injury caused by the use of bicycles.
Tourist tax for Saint-Tropez is included in the room rate.
