CONDITIONS OF BOOKING: We ask 40% deposit upon reservation ( with a minimum of 1 night). For cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, the requested deposit will be retained as compensation. For cancellations made within 7 days before arrival, the stay will be due in full. In case of modification, early departure or no show, all nights originally booked will be charged.
