- Reservations will be confirmed and guaranteed only upon receipt of the required deposit, the amount is 40% of the total with a minimum stay of one night.
- For cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, the requested deposit will be retained as compensation. For cancellations made within 7 days before arrival, the stay will be due in full.
- Any no show (no show) will result in automatic cancellation of the booking. The total amount of the original booked stay will be charged.
- In case of early departure, all nights originally booked will be charged.
- The availability of the rooms on the day of arrival is from 3 pm, and check-out is before noon on day of departure.
- Reservations with small dogs are allowed at the hotel, with a supplement of 14 euros per day. It is requested that they are not left alone in the room when the owner is out of the hotel or the acception will be revoked. Furthermore it is desirable that they are on a leash at all times outside of the room.
- The hotel offers its guests free parking but accepts no responsibility.
- The hotel is equipped with an ADSL / WIFI network. Using this connection is free and induces self-prohibition of illegal downloading.
- The hotel's configuration allows an extra bed or cot only from the Superior category. All suites are equipped with Sofa Beds.
- The hotel provides bicycles without prior reservation. The bike must be returned each day with the padlock that was supplied. In the context of the use of bicycles we assume all responsibilities of damages are down to you (personal and / or hardware)
- City tax for the city of Saint Tropez is included in the room rate.
- To settle the bill for your stay, the hotel accepts as payment the following credit cards: Carte Bleue - Visa, Eurocard - Mastercard and American Express.
